Angry Chipmunk Red IPA

Red IPA - 6.3% 110 IBU

A full IPA with extreme hopping throughout the boil is balanced out with a good malt backbone to provide a caramel sweetness to offset the bitterness. Measured at 110 IBU it has a very bold profile yet perceived bitterness is much lower.
