Backcountry Kolsch features a superbly clean flavour profile that is well-balanced between malt and hop accompanied by a nuanced yeast characteristic. Its light, bread-like malt flavour acts as an excellent backbone for the subtle hop flavours imparted by Hallertau Tradition hops with a nice, crisp and clean finish.
