Without the usual bitter aftertaste of a dark beer, the smooth texture and long finish brings welcoming hints of coffee, caramel and chocolate flavours. We've brewed this beauty to ensure it isn't too rich or overpowering.

Best Food Pairings: roasted or smoked meat, barbecued sausages, blackened fish, hearty stew, Tilsit, Blue or Gruyère cheese, and for dessert, chocolate peanut butter cookies, toasted coconut cookie bars, or french vanilla ice cream.
