CHERRY COCONUT CHOCOLATE BAR FRUIT BEER

This is… everything you can imagine it would be. Our Brewer Matt, who came up with this recipe, grew up down the road from a chocolate factory where they made a bar called a “Cherry Ripe”. This beer was inspired by those flavours, familiar and nostalgic. A brown ale (think lighter than a stout, with caramel notes) was made with real toasted coconut, cacao nibs and cherry juice. Coming in at 6.0% ABV, this is the perfect dessert after a long week - just in time before the holiday season.
