Clean Cut Kolsch

When we first started producing Clean Cut, we lacked the equipment to filter the beer fully.  Many years later, we now have the system to provide full filtration on it.  Thinking fondly of our formative years gets us misty-eyed for those unfiltered batches, and every year during the period where it's not-quite-winter and not-quite-fall, we revisit the good old days.  

Brewed only once or twice a year, this unfiltered Clean Cut is a wonderful reminder of how far we have come.
