FESTBIER LAGER

It's the start of fall, so the classic Oktoberfest beer has to be made (we are pretty sure it’s the law!) A dark golden brew, it has all the hallmarks of the style - light, dry and full bodied. The beer has aromas of fresh bread, herbal honey with a bit of melba toast in taste. With soft carbonation, it leads to a smooth finish — best served with bratwurst, pretzels and sauerkraut.
