Honey Elixir is a delicious Honey Brown ale featuring locally sourced honey from Clovermead Farms in Aylmer Ontario.
On the palate, the flavour features honey, taffy, a subtle espresso with a balanced hop finish with sweet fruit notes. To the nose, there is a sweet, fresh honey, some raisin & fig with hints of toasted nuts and spices.
Food pairings include grilled meats, Mexican cuisine, Asian dishes, roasted chicken, smoked trout or salmon and beef stew.
