Tasting Notes: The light citrusy taste of Lion Grass comes from locally sourced certified organic lemongrass and dandelion leaf. We then dry-hop this brew with Cascade hops for a citrusy finish. Expect Lion Grass to have a combination of citrus and honey tones. Lion Grass was voted the most refreshing craft beer by our members of provincial parliament.

Best Food Pairings: chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst, fish, Monterey jack, Brick or similar light, nutty cheese, and for dessert, light apricot or mandarin cake, lemon custard tart.
