Tasting notes:

• Aroma: Dominant Hop aroma, citrus, pine, hint of resin. Notes of Toffee are present at the back.
• Appearance: light copper with tan and orange hues. Head is persistent and beer is clear.
• Taste: Firm hop bitterness, which is dominant upfront. Slight caramel sweetness in middle, refreshing finish. Flavours of pine, citrus, and grapefruit pith.
• Mouth feel: medium bodied, medium carbonation
• Overall: A balanced approach to a North American IPA, between West and East coast versions.
