Brewed with our friends at Malivoire Winery in Niagara Ontario, this tart, brilliantly pink rosé, beer-wine hybrid, is an experimental ale that we are absolutely in love with. We fermented the brew in stainless tanks, atop a half-ton of fresh merlot grapes. This beer is naturally fermented with wild yeast from the grapes. You'll notice the delicious aromas of grapes and red fruits. We then blended in a small percentage of our base kettle sour ale to bring a touch of lively acidity, which helps to promote drinkability. This one is best admired and enjoyed with friends this summer.
